Brother Muhammad Nawaz Akhtar
(1955 – September 11, 2026)
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Brother Muhammad Nawaz Akhtar on September 11, 2026.
For 8 dedicated years, Brother Muhammad served Madrasah Islamiah with quiet humility and devotion. Every early morning, he was among the first to arrive at the Masjid—punctual, steadfast, and committed. From vacuuming the prayer halls to watering the plants and clearing the grounds, he took immense pride in keeping the house of Allah clean and welcoming for us all.
